Hunting Dog Training

A well trained hunting dog will help its hunting partner conserve game.  Our members meet to share training techniques, help each other train our dogs and to educate members that are new to training hunting dogs. Training Days, when we meet as an organized group, are posted on our calendar. Members are able to organize their own training sessions and use the facilities whenever it's convenient for them and the facilities are available.

Key Cities Conservation Club members who are DNR Certified Volunteer Safety Instructors lead Firearms Safety classes at our club. This class is required for students wishing to obtain a MN Firearms Safety Certificate.  For anyone born after 1980, this certificate is required to obtain a MN hunting license.
